It is a 1954 Airstream that a local shop has bought and is restoring for use as a promotional vehicle.

They have asked for suggestions for names, and I thought PH was the perfect place to get both some serious and the usual comical suggestions...

It will be something like this when finished in a couple of weeks:

It's a huge toaster isn't it?
Oh, hang on, I know, it's really a large water heater?.. A big tea Ern? Wait, an Expresso machine?
I give up, but it is very shiny.
Good luck to them.

How about the Blinder (when viewed in Strong sunlight).

Are you actually allowed a polished finish as bright as that in blighty?

Would you drive about in a car with a shiny, "bender" labelled mobile cottage attached to your arse?

Whole foods is an absolutely awesome store. It's where I go for food when I'm writing books in Los Gatos.

As for puttting one in Giffnock, that's, erm... brave.

I hardly think one of the biggest food store chains in the US counts as a local shop.

The one in Giffnock is local to him, so strictly speaking he's right.

What next? We redo Tesco's Xmas ad campaign for them.

It looks like the spaceship of out Flash Gordon, so I would go with a flash gordon theme. Call it the Hans Zarkov and use the font below:

Or I'd go with a P-51 or B-29 WWII theme with some nose art.
