Hi All,

Looking to make a purchase, having just sold my previous property.

I am a company director and I am currently drawing maximum dividends and minimum salary for obvious reasons. My fiance is currently employed normally, PAYE.

I have been self employed for just under ten years with full accounts and decent income history.

Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker to get me a decent deal. I have now idea how mortgage companies are viewing this kind of thing these days.

By the way, we have a decent deposit so no issues on that one.

Appreciate any recommendations/advice.

Cheers.

Speak to these guys:

I'm in exactly the same position as the OP and these people got some conditional offers for me today which I was very pleased with.

I'm afraid I don't know who Scotal is or what he does (but keen to find out though smile).
