Chaps, lined up my little winter projects of changing all the bushes to poly and noted the fuel pipes to the pump are looking tired so will change them out too.
Question is the hose from tank to the pump disappears through the grp to the tank and is currently sealed with silicon can this be disconnected from under the car? Or does the tank have to be pulled forward to access the connection.
Obviously I haven't cleaned the silicon off yet to luck just wondered if someone had changed the same previously without pulling the boot apart.

I think it all depends whether its your lucky day or not. If you are lucky the clip will be doable from the wheelarch with the silicone removed. If not its going to have to be tank out. Dig the silicone out and keep your fingers crossed.

Make sure you do the ones in the engine bay right back to the solid pipework.
