Can anyone offer any advice please. We have just been looking at brand new VW Tiguans. The salesman said he couldn't tell me what discount he could offer unless I was in a position to agree a deal today. What kind of percentage discount should I expect on a new car?
What Car magazine has a "How much you should pay" table in its data and says they can put you in touch with a dealer who will sell at that price. Worth a look.
The Tiguans tend to not get heavily discounted, VW have done quite well in controlling the supply/ demand for them and keeping the resale values high. Similar story with the Scirocco.
