He's done it again hasn't he? Mr Oliver has devised a truly awesome recipe which is accessible, easy to follow and unbelievably delicious. I urge any foodies here to try it.

A welcome addition in terms of texture. It also takes on flavour from the stock which, at the time of adding the barley is already thick and flavourful.If you don't like it, chances are you've never been served a decent dish with it in.
