Grand Turismo 5 seems to think so rolleyes

biggrin Anyhow it's actually a Hommell Berlinette RS and it's French. I've never heard of, or seen one before. I actually rather like the looks of it.

Anyone else ever heard of one before (outside of GT5 that is wink )

Sorry to have to burst the bubble, but I owned a Barquette for a short while. The Barquette isn't a coupe, but the screenless, roofless version.

Huge fun, but dynamically nothing special, and certainly not a looker.

I have a couple of pictures somewhere, I expect. I'll see if I can find them

Cheers for the reply.

Just being nosy, but what sort of money are they? And do you find them in the UK?

Thread fail I guess laugh

Personally though it was funny that GT5 allowed me to race this little coupe as a hot hatch though. Even more so when "in-game" at least it seems to be quite a nifty little coupe.

hehe

I seem to remember dominating the hatchback races in Forza with a modified Integrale! and the low-power races with a lightened Elan. Always fun finding ways to 'beat the system'.

In GT5, i done the hot hatch challenge in a 400bhp E-Type. The definitions are a bit skewed.
Would love to know how it ranks them? I'd have thought each car would have been classified, but I guess not and there some sort of logic fail somewhere in the programming.

I doubt you'd find any in the UK, they're rare enough in France. Mine came as part of another deal, and I sold it cheap - this was in France and several years ago.

I know of a red one for sale at the moment, and I think it's around €25,000. I would hope the coupes are worth more, because they're a lot less unattractive!
