A friend of mine is potentially looking at a Disco next week and it appears to be an R-plated TD5. As far as I know, they weren't introduced until Autumn 1998 on an S-plate. Were some 'released' before the August registration date?
Yes, there are some lurking on an 'R' plate. If the reg is along the lines of RxxxHAB, then it was probably originally registered to LandRover themselves.
