Well sort of
I ran a terminal of 125.37 dropping my second 1/8th below 4 seconds so was happy with that.
My problems were at the startline. I wasnt getting any heat into the MT streets and struggled to get grip so i only managed an 11.902 @ 123.71 (60 foot 2.07). The 125 terminal was on a 12.1 run with a poor 2.14 to 6o foot
For comparisson.... i ran 1.83 to 60 foot at Kirkbride a few weeks ago!
So theoretically speaking if i dare, there is an 11.4 to be had
Brummmie showed the way at the end of the day with a nice smokey burnout on brand new MTs to dip into the 1.6's and catapult his way to the 10.7 @ 133

I have a fancy electronic valve to fit Bill. The heal and toe method wasnt doing it for me http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p15285/HYDRAULIC...

The only problem i see is that the fronts run on seperate pipes from the wing so locking them isnt so simple on 1 valve. I could lock the rears 'off' and left foot the brake i suppose.

I see your point. Silly Goat.

If the rears were locked off, at least the heal and toe method would be more effective.
You do slip forward quite quickly, and it's no surprise, damned hard thing to do.
Maybe you just need an imaginative 'plumber' for the front brake system

Edit;
Or, given what you have spent to get where you are, a second electric locker, both off the same switch, would seem quite 'cheap' for that bit extra.
If you keep wanting to go quicker, it seems something you are going to have to resolve eventually no?

Its been on a list of must do jobs for a while but just getting the car running well enough to make it to track has been hard enough this year.
I am happy this year has opened my eyes and a lot of 'bugs' have been sorted.
So I have a lot of ideas and a winter list is being written.
Consistant and reliable improvement is the aim for 2012.

The gearbox is coming out for a rebuild and the my John Eales clutch will be checked.
The diff is also getting rebuilt with 3.08 gears for slightly longer legs come vmax.
I might even get better mpg
I know this is important to you Daz

I just left foot braked mine and smoked the crap out of em, people say they worry about the rear brakes when doing this, but your rear wheels are only doing 40-50mph, it was my last run so gave it full death!!
I watched the burnout and filmed the end of it.It looked comparable to that of some of the more 'seasoned' racers. It was probably a little over what was required but not by much IMHO. It probably seemed a lot longer from your perspective.
We have been talking to some of the old guys at the weekend and this is why they use a 'spotter'. The driver takes instruction from them and doesnt stop the burnout until they say so.
Good work there Paul, it was good to see. I will put the film up on Friday.

Thats some spec ! i don`t know why we bother with the RV8, even an LS3 standard form runs rings around the old Rover at any state of tune..Used to own a 400se then a modded Chimaera, Now a Cerbera that 6.9 LS with Dart 225cc aftermarket heads, Kinsler Independent Throttle bodies (off a Mosler GT car) , high lift cam ,532bhp at the wheels, TKO 600 close ratio box, 3.08 diff, rebuilt chassis new poly bushes, First TVR proven to exceed 200mph?

I do like a good amateur video! look forward to it. It looked comparable to that of some of the more 'seasoned' racers. It was probably a little over what was required but not by much IMHO. It probably seemed a lot longer from your perspective.
