EP3 Type R Suspension Bushes, how much?!

Got a quote from a local garage to supply and fit front suspension bushes on my Type R, £250, seems a bit steep to me, thoughts please?

What is the parts/labour break down? Are they original parts? Have you asked a dealer/indy/general parts supplier how much the parts should be? How long is the book time to do the job? How many bushes is it? Is it just bushes or do the wishbones need doing too?
