Doc Martin - locations

Ok, So Doc Martin is filmed in Port Isaac, however on tonight's episode they were at a small clifftop house/ancient looking/lovely castley thing. (when the nutty bird had his baby)
Does anyone know where that bit was filmed?
I've looked all over google maps but to no avail.

I might be wrong but:-

The large Castle hotel was in Tintagel, and the small one you refer to can be seen from the road travelling north from Tintagel if you look to the left towards the sea.

Dear All,

check out the tripadvisor reviews if you're planning to stay in Tintagel.
I don't think that should trigger the name+shame rules,
