Cold Feed and Open Vent.
PR is the return from the cylinder. No idea what it stands for.

You don't need to take the cold feed and open vent to the boiler. Common practise is to connect them on the primary flow after the boiler and before the pump. With the open vent being the first tee and the cold feed being the second.

Try to avoid using elbows on the cold feed, they have a tendency to block up.

Also make sure the return from the cylinder (PR) is the last tee before the boiler, if you tee a heating return after it, it can cause the rads to warm up when they are not needed.
