Its beautiful soft leather lovingly hand stitched in Italy.

Actually I lie, its a load of glorified sports bags.

I see they are for sale for £500. Are they worth it?

I bought a nice Noble shirt last week. Well impressed with that!

Haven't got the luggage, or in fact a Noble yet, but I've had a look at the set. Personally I'd find other things I'd rather spend the money on, but really your choice IIRC they are just a few black nylon bags with fasteners to help locate them behind the seats and under the passengers legs.

Perhaps someone else will confirm, but thats how I remember them.

In SA and if you pay £800 I believe

Just odd shaped sports bags. Not worth the cash IMHO but I'm not surprised at the price. Must be very expensive having small numbers of custom bags made.

I've got them and they are very useful, strongly made and I think look quite nice.

You could probably stick the same amount of stuff using tesco carrier bags - but they wouldn't stay in place if you hit the brakes and won't look so nice when you hand them to the porter at the hotel.

My luggage set and headrests cost just over £600 so not that expensive when you consider how few of them are made!

... or order a GTC or M14 - then you can use your choice of Tesco/Sainbury/Asda/Harrod's bags - as they have luggage cubby-spaces!

At the motorshow I had a look at the luggage for a Smart car. I've an idea the bags may fit behind the seats perfectly...and they only cost £76 for the set.

I don't think the Noble bags are bad, it's just I'll spend the £500 on petrol / beer / grub thanks!

Steven Kerridge wasn't too impressed when I asked for a tow bar and roof rack....I've an idea my bike rack may fit however. How much paint'll fall off where it fits is another matter.

Cheers

Joust,

I like your headrests in the web page. Were they a special order?

I'll have to remove the BBQ that's already on it to do that.

They were when I got them - but now you can just order them from any service centre or the factory direct.

The luggage bags are pretty good......£500 seems a lot of dosh tho. I was lucky enough to get them with the car. Never mind the rave reviews, stunning performance and fabulous handling. Fitted luggage was the deal breaker for me!

We crammed the luggage for Le Mans.. Tent, sleeping bags, clothes, cameras, food, beer, me and 1 x 6ft5 brother in law !! As if the ground clearance wasn't small enough already !!!! Got it all in and still had room for a packet of gum!

Off on an overnighter tomorrow to Glencoe with the wife and it will be interesting to see what we get in the car!

In the end, didn't go for the luggage set but got a few Adidas holdalls!!! ( Saved £475 ).

Lucky we are not going for the week.
