A don't care option would be good
Also a "Scotland is why england is so s
t" option would be good for the deluded
I'm trying to keep it simple. Remember, it's seen as cheating if there's a third half-way house option... Also a "Scotland is why england is so s
t" option would be good for the deluded
ks.Please, go. It's like a foreign country full of negative people that I have to pay many thousands towards each year to keep them grumpy. I like Scottish people 1 on 1, I get bored when it comes to nationalists. I'd give them the oil, and require full tax/spend accounting separation. Massive boost to the English accounts.
Far from the oil rich land, Scotland may find alcoholism and benefit dependency defines an independent Scotland.

I voted yes for the fact if they think life will be sooooo rosy without our help then jog on and enjoy it. It would have to be totally seperate though so no financial backing from England at all.
this would be most amusing, with taxes in scotland rising daily as the welfare system drains the coffers dry. ultimately they'd want to rejoin the uk and all the exercise would achieve is to throw money down the drain.i don't see why the mainland needs to be seperated from each other [ireland is a different issue given how violent the argument can get]. we waste so much money trying devolve and i don't think either of the three "countries" [speech marks for wales' benefit
] could really go in totally alone.I'm an Englishman in Scotland, will I be an illegal alien? My wife is Scottish descent but born in Bedford (I like to remind her), will there be a 'citizenship' test involving speaking Jockenese and mars bars?
It's all to complicated for me, give it all back to the major landowners I say, the Lairds, they are sort of English but do like a spot of Haggis.

I've always thought the untangling/allocation of nationalities will be fun. It's all to complicated for me, give it all back to the major landowners I say, the Lairds, they are sort of English but do like a spot of Haggis.
