Italian-style horns

Anyone know who makes, or where you can get a pair of car horns with that "Italian" note to them - I can't really describe it but if you know what I mean, you'll know what I mean!

Yeah, sort of like that - although I'm sure you can get electric/piezo versions rather than just air horns?
