Reversing Light Switch

Just solving a few niggles on my new Cerbera

1) Wipers don't park - fixed, replaced park switch

2) Ice Warning Light sometimes thinks ice could form at any temperture - fixed, replaced sensor in nose cone

3) Reversing light comes on and then goes off. - Not fixed!

As you can see I need help with number 3. When selecting reverse the light comes on and if I hold the gearstick back it stays on however the moment I let go of the gear stick the light goes out. I am guessing it needs adjustment but just trying to work out how to get to it. Any ideas?

Left hand side of the gearbox, above the exhausts. Get to it from under the car, bit of a pain. Can't you live with it?

I have found if I just apply and slight clockwise twisting action to the gearlever in reverse the light comes on. So must be out of alignment but no quite sure what I need to do to rectify

Wind the switch in to it makes contact earlier, then do up the lock nut

OK cool, reading through Graham Varley Sagaris pages it also would seem just rotating the lever might do the trick as well. I have removed the gear lever gaiter and can see the allen key so just need to get to it
