Optical to optical and phono

I want to take the optical output of my Apple TV and split it so it goes into the HD matrix as optical, and into the multiroom amp as phono.

What do I need that'll work, and be robust?

Then convert the second optical to phono using something like this: http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/4-/229...

Should be fairly robust I would think. I haven't seen anything that will do both I am afraid.
