Highly unlikely as the cars are probably a different size and shape. Although I suppose anything is possible.

probably not, but as already mentioned could be made to fit with an element of cut and shut ,would need painting after though, hard to match the gel colour and westies are not re-knowned for putting much gelcoat on in the first place.
