Found this

I think it is to do with your DOB on your EA/Origin account. From what I see anyone under the age of 13 is blocked from online play.

How old are you BTW?

Too young for BF3, need to be at least 35, like me...frown

Check your EA/Origin account settings, could just be a mistake on your DOB. Seems ridiculous that they would block you on a peice of information that you are asked to provide and isn't checked...

Otherwise you might need to setup a new PSN/Origin ID maybe?

Sorry...that's not really helpful....but thought the situation was pretty funny.

As above post says...have you checked that DOB is set right on your Origin account?

Failing that, there is a 'crack' out there that allows you to play the game by bypassing the orgin account. Not sure how long this will last, or what consequences there could possibly be from EA for doing so (if indeed it is possible to spot people doing this);

Read here: http://pastebin.com/ycF4YqcT

This is assuming you're using the PC though.

Oh well, as far as I am concerned you deserve it then. I always assumed all 360 owners were < 18.

biggrin

Finally got online last night after 1 3/4 Hrs on the phone to both EA and Microsoft!!!

Turns out cos I have never played an EA game online but did have an oragin account it was not verified. In the end all I did was go on need for speed underground, go on live which prompted me to put my email and password in and it was sorted. I was the killed 15 times by people I didn't see ... Oh Joy! Think once I get into it I will love it wink

Thanks for the input biggrin
