what on earth is this job title? (DVLA related)

Had an email through today with the following job title beneath the name:

Mr A N Other
Availability and Continuity Team
Continuous Service Improvement
Live Service
(xxxx) xxxxxx



He works in the DVLA, which explains a lot..

But really, anybody got any idea what it means?

It seems obvious to me,

He is in the Availability and Continuity Team working on Continuously Impoving the Live Service.

It sounds like somebody that shouts at the call centre staff to stop helping their current customer and pick up the next call.

This process is then repeated.
