to report a learner with a pillion (that also has no helmet).

A van that drives down the coastal bus lane to jump 100-200 cars stuck in traffic.

I always carry my camera, so is it wrong to photograph these idiots and report them?

The local Police have a great website called Operation Crackdown.

TBH I think these idiots need to be reported.

Have you ever heard of a website called "Better driving please"?

I think you would like it, they would like you too.

To be fair, you've just taken a picture of half a van. Could that not be anywhere in the world?

Report them.

But. Don't get too upset when someone does the same to you.

Personally I would have had a word with the learner carrying a pillion. As for the van driver - makes me laugh when they do that.

...and a bike that you can't see the number plate on.

I'm willing to bet that the OP spends a significant proportion of his free time doing 68mph in the outside lane of the motorway, furiously flashing his headlights at anyone who dares to pass him in either of the two empty lanes to his left (probably whilst attempting to take their photograph with one hand on the wheel and the other on his knob).

No it is not wrong. But to be honest, I'd have forgotten about these incidents almost immediately, I wouldn't waste my time.

Harsh. Which hand does he hold his coffee in?;)

What harm is either really doing?

The kids falls off the bike and hurts himself, so what? The van blocks a bus for 30 seconds, big deal.

Seriously, you need a better hobby!

I cant say i'd even notice these incidents, so what if the kid falls off his bike and breaks his head open? Its his funeral, let him get on with it. I dont notice whether other drivers are wearing seatbelts or not either because its none of my business, if they go through their windscreen and into a river thats their problem.

Why doesn't the tt driving the scooter give his "ho" the helmet? Surely that is the chivalrous thing to do?

I would report the cad, if i were you

Problem is it won't really help do much at all apart from make people hate you when they find out you did it.

Also if you were driving when taking the pic of the van, Police will ask if you where stationary if it gives an indication you where moving whilst capturing the image otherwise it's just as bad as using a mobile.
