I changed the OEM wheel to a OMP one with horn push button, when I was fitting it I had trouble getting the horn to work, I swapped the connections a few times and was getting the horn on all the time or just no horn. Eventually the horn stopped working, but I could still hear a slight clicking (from a relay?) in the engine bay when the horn was pressed.

I'm guessing I may have blown something, a fuse, the horn? What should I check/replace to see if I can get it working again?

The fog light also doesn't light up, there is a green switch hanging under the dash which I assume is the switch for it. It doesn't do anything, and doesn't light up (Which I understand is a requirement for the MOT?) but it is a switch which is capable of lighting up. I think I read that the fog shares the same fuse as the Brake lights, which are working fine.

Could a dodgy bulb in the fog light cause the switch to not light up, or again what should I check and if anyone has a schematic or wiring diagram for the fog light that would be great?

Any ideas?

The MX5 OC website had the wiring diagrams on the forum electrical section. I'm assuming they're still there, I think you need to be a club member to get in there. Try Miata.net in the garage, there's good info in there. For the longer term get yourself a copy of Rod's workshop manual, better explained than the Haynes. If you're near Glengormley/Carnmoney you can have a loan of mine smile.

If the fog light is aftermarket it could be wired any old way, ie on a Eunos. I was lazy on my Scooby and just found a permanent 12v supply and didn't do anyhting fancy like trying to tie it in with dipped beam etc. You'll need to trace it to be sure.
