Paris La Defense - lunch

I have a meeting at La Defense on Monday afternoon. I need to meet someone for lunch beforehand. Apart from the Hilton Hotel can someone recommend a good place as close to CNIT as possible? Doesn't need to be posh, just a cafe with food (the other guy is from the US!).

If you look out of the front door of the CNIT, there's a restaurant opposite you on the other side of the esplande. It's not stunning, but it's edible and not too expensive.

To be honest though, the restaurants in La Defense know they've got a captive audience, as most people there suffer from the same mentality that stops us going a few minutes off the motorway to look for somewhere better and cheaper than a Welcome Break.

If you can manage to put up with a 10 minute walk, then I'd recommend the place below as an example of better food, better atmosphere and cheaper...
