This is a simple hand/eye coordination test. The translated text says if you're good you'll last around 18 seconds. I made it to 16. The text goes on to say that prospective USAF pilots have to do two MINUTES of this without error..

The part about the pilots may indeed not be true, I was only quoting the text. I've never known anyone get past 20 seconds yet though.
