What are the chances?
Discussion
Greetings all
Getting spliced next July, I always fancied LM as a boys weekend and it seems a once in a lifetime opportunity for a top notch stag. I totally appreciate it sells from the previous July etc, but those of you who have married will understand I can't really book the stag before the wedding... well... maybe...
Anyway what are the chances of pulling it off for say 8 blokes in the next couple of weeks? All good pitches taken? I'm sniffed around the beer mountain, but can't find much info on pricing either. The best I can do is estimate £300 per head for camping, general admission and ferry. Any advances on that?
Cheers for your comments!

Packages available for camping almost up to the race weekend. Google Le mans camping/packages. Most of the usual firms have next years package advertised,
Tickets for next years race fron the ACO not on sale yet. General sales are mid-end of November.
Camping will go quick for the popular sites.

Its not really a venue for a Stag party, I would prefer it if your party went elsewhere for that sort of celebration,
Plus 1It's bad enough in recent years so if it starts to get a reputation as a stag venue then the event will degenerate into a farce.

We're all well educated professional blokes in our early 30s and well capable of some decorum, not a bunch of lairy barry boys getting pissed up on carling 24h a day. I've been on lads weekends etc with those groups knocking about and we also hate them with a fury, so no worries on that front. Slightly offended!
Cheers for the input!

Don't be offended ! Sounds like you are not the Max Power Brigade which is what true fans want to ignore.
Your pricing is about right at £300 per head but book your Eurotunnel/ferry now if I were you as Seafrance is going down fast. Try either 1st Tickets or Just Tickets and ask for Karting Nord or the Houx Annex, both great locations. You should still be in with a chance but for eight blokes you need 3 or 4 plots. Don't forget, you can only get one Car on each plot.

I wouldn't say that, but I know what you are you're trying to imply. It all depends on the actions of the groups. There are plenty there not on a stag do who act like k.nobs.
I've got for many years, and could have made last years trip my stag do, but few would have realised. Not everyone behaves like louts.
