Cars (total running costs inc insurance, repairs, fuel, depreciation etc)

Mortgage / rent

Holidays

Per household if there is more than one woring and To keep it relative, do it in percentage terms per year.

Roughish figures will do unless like me you are sad enough to have the data to work it out to the penny!

Cars (total running costs inc insurance, repairs, fuel, depreciation etc): Roughly 10-15% but then I have a small net income and a very expensive hobby.

Mortgage: 0%

Holidays: 0%

I've never really looked at how expensive running a car is until I worked it out just now, around 30% of my wages goes on my car with a combination of finance, insurance and fuel. I don't have a mortgage and haven't had a holiday in 10 years...I need to sort myself out.

Not exactly living the dream... it's not that I've paid it off already, I haven't actually gotten around to getting a mortgage yet. I'm single and too scared to go it alone.

Yeah. Taking out finance is pointless and idiotic.

Correct if you owe anyone anything then I don't think you can post on here! That reminds me I'd better pay British Gas another £6k for the NEXT 6 months electric on the castle, never want to owe anyone a penny for anything!!
