Jakarta, Indonesia - What's to know?

Heading out there for work this week, and have no experience of the place at all. There for a week or so, staying at Shangri-La and meeting clients who are also not local.

Need some general local info (where to avoid, what to see), but also need a couple of specific recommendations:
1. Where to take clients for dinner (cost not an issue, good quality needed, local cuisine preferred)
2. Where to take clients for drinks (nice, respectable, not bothered about cost)
3. Where to go for some entertainment in my free time (bars, clubs etc., bearing in mind I'm in my twenties)
