Tyreweld is cheaper and readily available gunk and air in one.

Continental tyre sealant kit has separate compressor and more expensive.

Thoughts on either?

Please don't mention spare wheel, looking for puncture repair

Limited usefulness.

If you blow on a motorway, the tyre is scrap.

If the hole's too big, that stuff just spews through it.

It's only good for the likes of small, slow punctures, which you can drive to a repairer.
