help with wiring a GET dimmer and retractive switch

hi thought this would be a easy job but its turning into a nightmare..... i have a dining room which has two switches in it which control one light. i wanted to instal a dimmer switch and the shop said the other switch has to be a retractive switch and now bought not sure what to do...


the switch where i want to install a dimmer had

L1 Blue with red sleeve
L2 - RED
COM - Yellow with Red sleeve

the other switch has
L1 - blue wire with red sleeve & black wire with red sleeve
L2 - 2 x red wires
COM - Yellow with red sleeve

the dimmer switch has
L
RS
SWITCH LIVE SYMBOL


THE Retractive switch has
L
RS


my thinking was take the RED wires to the L in the dimmer and then to the retractive switch and then the blue with red sleeve to the RS on the dimmer and then the blue with red sleeve and black with red sleeve to the RS on the retractive switch. which i can then terminate the yellow with red sleeves in each box,
