Miini power stering

Hello, I have a mini cooper and the power stering fluid level has dropped, it appears that the gater on the passager side is wet so the rack is leaking.
has anyone replaced the rack? is it easy? or a very difficult job?
Has any one got any ideas on costs? either parts or the whole job done?
