I have been given a s/h Bush WBM174SS breadmaker but no instructions.

Anyone got an instruction booklet or give me an idea of where to start?

I have looked on t'net and can't find any downloadable instruction or specific recipe books.

The RNIB book would be OK if I could read braille (I found that one myself)

The moneysaving expert site has some good general advice but I could do with some instructions for the breadmaker more than recipes.

Dry in first on Panasonics, wet in first on early Brevilles, but changed later IIRC.

Being as there are online language translators...it beggars the question if there is an online braille conversion tool somewhere?

Would be quite laborious to input it though. And how would you input it? If I knew what it said in text then I wouldn't need the translator. smile

Try this

Check your breadmaker has a paddle in it. Add water ( usually 330ml) and a prepared shop bought bread mix into the breadmaker ( the packet will have instructions on it) - switch on and it should have the basic loaf button as the default mode. Press start and should take approx 3 hours.

Once you have gained confidence with your first loaf - you can try making it from scratch smile
