Warning! I have experienced an apparent malfunction on the ticket office website. Because I didn't get confirmation of transaction on their website I tried 4 times to buy tickets and then got a call from the fraud dept of my credit card company to say they had 4 transactions passed to them for identical amounts! When I rang the ticket office they said they had NO REFERENCE TO ANY TRANSACTIONS ON MY ACCOUNT and assumed that they wouldn't be asking for the transactions to be confirmed, the presumption being that there was a glitch on their system
Needless to say I'm concerned and have confirmed everything in writing to the ACO ticket office

I had problems last year so I made a note of all the answers I gave them. This year it accepted the password but threw out the mobile number I gave them. Tried again with out 0034 and it worked, so another paragraph has been added to the 'how to buy Le Mans tickets' notes ready for next year.
I'm pleased to say the 4 transactions have all been cancelled and the helpful guy in the ACO ticket office (who speaks much better English than my French) volunteered to take a note of my ticket needs and said he would try to get them for me. When I said that Dunlop grandstand was already sold out on the web site he said not to pay any attention to that! I'm expecting a helpful email of what he's been able to get shortly - I'll keep you posted. In the meantime I would say don't bother with the website, if you're an ACO memeber ring them direct - they seemed genuinely helpful.

I have to agree, had similar problems booking on the 'net. Decided to make the call, brilliant reception and help. Booked the ACO grandstand, GE tickets and Passion 24 camp site. Service was excellent. Could not be happier. Roll on June!2.0 8v said:
