Just come back from a week's holiday up North of Scotland - Ullapool, Lochinver, Shieldaig and all round North West Coast [brill] some photo's of the roads up there and some scenic views, ready for the TVR's, we didn't take them because of weather this time of year but roads are of better standered than ours down here, there are some hairy bits as well, single track, sheep, hairy coo's and off course the wee Haggis.
Enjoy.

Without doubt, Scotland has the best roads in the UK, which is why I find it odd that so many PHers are voting on the other thread to have Scotland hived off from England. Madness.

Yup stunning up there john. I lived on the isle of Lewis for a while the adjoining island of Harris where they make the tweed is breathtaking, as is the area around eileen donan on the mainland.
