Java add-on Firefox problem

I am trying to look at www.gatwicktvr.co.uk/ and it needs a Java add-on to see the menu and front page pics (I assume) I click on the flash bit it goes to the Netscape site, the the Java site has an option for Windows/Mozilla 1.2 or higher/Netscape which I click and it downloads a very small file which I seem to be able to do nothing with.
