Pistonfest - what's in it for girls?

Bridgdav (Dave) has been hassleing for weeks to go to Pfest - I am not convinced..... I am not really a happy camper. Went to Le Mans but stayed in a hotel - I get drunk on half a glass of wine. I want to go and I like cars, but not too sure on the camping thing.....

I need convincing! (or at least Bridgdav thinks I do....)

I have only ever been camping once, when I was a kid, and it was so bad it totally put me off the idea.

However, I enjoyed myself so much at BTaP, meeting all the fantastic people that inhabit these virtual hallowed halls that I am over-riding my dislike for camping to meet up with more great people and have a good time.

I think camping for the sake of it probably still sucks. As a means of ensuring you have a splendid time making new friends, getting and making a arse of yourself it has gotta be worth a go.

BTW we can always arrange to meet up and I will happily pile round making a nuisance of myself introducing us to people! Besides, the PH ladies are !

Come on, you know it makes sense, just bring wet-wipes and everything will be OK!

haven't camped since I was in the cubs.. (hmm that statement sounds wrong!!) but after my little wobble (see PF Reservations) me and Mrs Slinksport are well up for a good laugh of a weekend, much alkehol madness and fun will ensue!

lots of chaps to ogle.

talk to other gurls (always a winner is that one )

blag a ride in an exotic by flashing something (cash always works on me )

fetch beer for her bloke who is busy gassing


that'll keep the old ball n' chain busy

A mate wanted to come but he cant carry a 6 pack let alone drink it , when i asked him if he could do 12hours + he decided to give it a miss

There is also the camp site entertainment watching people trying to put their tents up eh DTM.

There is also the camp site sing song once the beer tent closes.

I am coming with the hubby and 2 kids - 1 boy 1 girl - we are always willing to chat - and not just about cars and beer - I am looking forward to just having a lazy weekend - bringing wine too!
We are camping the 2 nights so hope to bump into loads of other people - will probably drink the wine too!!
