My girlfriend made hers almost two weeks ago. My mum is going to mae hers tomorrow. Its going to be a hard life comparing and contrasting the two cakes

Made it about 3 weeks ago, it is being regularly fed a nice malt.

Yep mine's maturing nicely. Used sherry in the baking, soaked the fruit in madeira and it's being drizzled with brandy

Made ours with my 4 year old daughter on Sunday. Cheated a bit and used a Delia kit of ingredients from Waitrose. Now maturing and will be fed a regular slug of brandy.
