Weekend away in UK in November?

For me and Becs.
Would like good food, 'gentle' walking (Becs doesn't do hills), probably not a big city (done a few city-breaks). Spa would be good for Becs, some nice roads would be good for me...
Probably go for a nice hotel rather than a B&B, but not averse if the B&B has the right location.

That ticks all the boxes, excellent grub, nice walks along the coast, through the woods and further if desired, on-site spa type stuff and some of the best roads in the UK in the local area.
Choice of two hotels (main hotel or the Castell) or hotel type accommodation but in one of the "village suites" (this is the way we always do it, feels more special even if you are a bit more self-sufficient).
