How to change the glow plug relay on a 2008 1.4 TDCI Fiesta?

Hello,
I am having an intermittent fault where the "engine system fault" warning comes on when it is cold only for it to go off again moments later once the engine is warm. I have been told it is the glow plug relay that needs changing and as it seems like quite a small job, I thought i'd buy the part myself and see if that is the issue.
Trouble is, I had a look under the bonnet today and found was I thought was the fuse box to find out the code for relay 10 only, I couldn't remove the housing so I am wondering if I had the right box? I didn't want to yank it off as I thought I might break the thing!!!
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated
