Hello guys,

I have two questions:

- Does anyone know, if the noble has parking lights? (Or have they be added?)

- How can I set up the hand brake? (I have to leave the car in the gears because the hand brake is to week)

Hi

No left or right parking lights - you need to leave the sidelights on.

Handbrake is made from the finest British chocolate (as are the original exhausts!) and serves no purpose (apart from a legal requirement that it works for the UK MOT test). The cables can be adjusted via a small window on the side of the transmission tunnel or, if this does't work, then at the drum ends. I always leave mine in gear and NEVER apply the handbrake (in case it melts said chocolate).

Hi, if you grab yourself a copy of the build manual, there are some diagrams of how to adjust it. Its relatively straightforward to do.

Thank you so far guys!

Parking lights:
I am from Germany so my English is not so good. What's the difference between parking light and side lights? When I turn the light to the first level, it lights up in the back but not in the front

Hand brake:
Yes, I read about the hand brake issue. But unfortunately I do not have any guide for the Noble. I read about the window as well, but I can not find it. It was on co-driver site, wright?

Its on the tunnel, next to the passenger seat bolster. Just pull down the carpet a bit and it should be behind it

sounds like you need to get your lights fixed, is it GTO or 3R style lights ?

also sounds like your handbrake shoes need adjustment

I have the 3R.
I would like to know, if the parking/ side lights are normally working in the front. So than I can search the issue or install additional lights.

Could you please send me a link regarding the handbrake. Now I have a manual but it shows up everything but the hand brake.
If I use the hand brake, I can see that the handbrake is working. But is not strong enough. I would like rather to leave the car in the gears but I have to fix it to get the German registration...

Thanks gents.
