Try the classifieds, looks very entertaining, you can now search for V8 cars that have 500bhp+ within 40 miles.

I can see my productivity falling even further than normal.

That was my 1st reaction. Not a pleasant experience at all. What in God's name was wrong with the old one?

The old search facilities were a joke - no means of specifying whether you were looking for manual or auto, diesel or petrol. There was no way to filter out certain mileages or colours, no way to select engine size, etc, etc.

While there will be teething problems with the new format, in the long run it can only be an improvement on the predecessor.

Agree entirely. I tend to keep a weather eye out for a new (used) SLK to replace mine at some stage. Thing is, it must be manual and 98% of SLK's are auto. Can you imagine, therefore, how tedious it was to trawl through pages of them in the old system checking each one to see if it was manual?

Now I can select "manual" and instantly look at just the 2% that actually are.
