Cerbera is having some pics taken and an article written for a magazine doing a feature on British V8's
Along with a Lotus, Stag, Daimler, Rolls Royce. Journo want's some wise words for the article describing the engine. I've got some ideas, but fill your boots and I'll see if we can get a 'collective' response.

On starting: the sound of Thor clearing his throat before creating hell.
On blipping the fast peddle: the growl of a three headed dog as he warns other lesser cars away.
On maxing out: the war scream of Mars.
Better than any mass produced engine.
Used by drivers who know and understand why the emperor is naked.

I hate one liner review of engines. I had a magazine article done on a Audi Elise (Elise 1.8 turbo engine swap) and it was described as so fast it made time stand still 
It doesn't tell anyone about how the actual feel is to the driver.
I've only had my 4.5 a few weeks and to me it feels like a big motorbike engine. A giant triumph triple engine! It has very quick throttle response and picks up like an inline four engine. It produces linear torque from low revs but keeps reving and producing power up to high revs. It's rough and edgey and even backing off the power is violent. Brutal but fun.

This is pretty much the words I had going on in my head. I think in truth, it's really hard to describe the Cerbera engine - you just have to 'experience' it.Gassing Station | Cerbera | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
