I'm after a answer please ... so for any of you that know about ADR ... I have a van, in my van I have a compressor that has a 100 ltr tank. Does my vehicle/tank come under ADR regs?
If your business is NOT directly involved in the carriage of Dangerous Goods then possibly not. I would recommend consulting an expert. There are exemptions which may allow you not to be registered.
But you need specialist advice with a written opinion you can reasonably rely upon.
I'm expecting (hoping the answer is 'no' and I agree with consulting an expert .... sort of hoped one might pop up on here ... but if one doesn't pop up then who would I consult?
