Wheel refurb in Leeds area - any recommendations?

As the winter wheels will shortly be making a repeat appearance, I'm tempted to refurb the summer MV2s on my Z4. Anyone got any good recommendations for where to get them done? Also ideas about costs as I'm a newbie to wheel refurbs.

I used these guys and the finish started bubbling up 4 months later. There are plenty of threads offering recommendations

Cheers all - got an on-line quote for full refurb of my 18's inc removing tyres / refitting etc. No curbing, just a bit of lacquer and mild pitting from 5 years on the road. Want to guess how much?

I wonder if it's as cheap as my mates s4 wheels were done for. Mind you, he didn't pay for the 2nd and 3rd times they've had to redo them and he won't be paying for the 4th time they will redo them later this week. He saved loads so who cares that the paint keeps peeling off.

I paid 25% more for my m3 Breton gts refinishing and my JCW wheels refinishing, once. Still like new.

Cheap is false economy. Hope yours are well finished mate, it's a pain taking them back all the time.

That's a strange one. As we put all our customers wheels through this company and have never had a problem with one of them. The quality of finish is very high in our opinion.

Why not give Brian the owner a call and report this problem to him.

I can thouroghly recommend Steve Edwards too. I've had a couple of sets of rims painted by him & they were faultless. His attention to detail is unbeatable.

I'll second that a friend had his done there and they were very good.

I have spoken to him for advice before and he is very genuine and helpful definitely worth a call .
