Any response drivers here care to tell me when it's safe to speed on motorway's Please? Obviously as an MOP I can't possibly figure it out on my own...would it be when it was snowing?
If the government could tell us what the police driver's are told, then we could all use our judgement too, rather than have to conform to arbitrary restrictions.
What this suggests to me is that they (the authorities) have no faith in the current driving test standard. We should sue the government for putting new drivers on the road without enough training to be able to make informed decisions rather than just persecute driver's because it is assumed that we are all uncapable of judging road conditions....
