Hacked XBox Live account

My Xbox Live account has been hacked and changed to a Russian language one.

No card details are attached to the account and even the remaining MS points haven't been used, but how do I get it back into English?

I don't really want to start a new account because I have got some Live game downloads that don't appear to be available any more.

Can you not change settings online with MS? (on a PC I mean)

I would change your password first of all, then maybe give the XBL support line a call.

Change your password if you can then ring Xbox Live support (020 7365 9792). They will suspend your account for 23 days while they investigate (but will give you a code for 23 days extra XLive gold membership).

A LOT of this going on at the moment - people's accounts being hacked and then being used to purchase FIFA 12 Premium packs.

Be thankful that you didn't have your card details attached to your ID, I've heard of people getting 100's of £'s worth of bills on their CC cards due to this.
