Somewhere to have a coffee or snack near luton airport?
Discussion
Hi
My dad drives me to lton airport and then picks me up again a few days later. Does this several times a month.
Problem is, the parking charges there are horrendous.
So is their a nice cafe or pup etc close to the airport...say 10 mins away?
So my dad would relax there untill i phone him to say i have landed.
We come down the north/a1 direction...
Any iideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Phil

if he doesn't mind going 1 junction further down, there is a choice of 2.
exit the m1 at junction 9, down to the roundabout, turn right, (2nd exit) go under the m1, and immediately
come to another roundabout, go straight over, (2nd exit) immediately there is a pub/restaraunt on the left, or approx 300 metres up the road on the right, is the watling street cafe/truckstop, its ok for a brew and a bite to eat.
cough, cough 200 metres up on the right from the truckstop, is an, "interesting pub" so i'm led to believe with dancing girls

Greenman in Offley which is probably 10-15minutes from the airport.
