So let me get this straight, a man secretly films himself having sex with his girlfriend. His girlfriend then discovers this recording, but rather than just delete it and have him delete the copy on his phone, she makes a copy of it, then gives it to the police where, presumably, it's now had a wider audience?

That woman really isnt the smartest person in the world by any stretch of the imagination, so instead of keeping it private, she has done more to push it out to as many people as she possibly can.
