I'm bringing the Focus estate to PF, as i'll have the camping gear, gas bottle, slabs, ramps, axle stands, trolley jack and other tools and bits for Team Scrappy too, but then I don't want to spoil the photo opportunities in the 'main arena' by sticking a eurobox in the middle of it all.

Saying that, I don't mind paying the extra for the access to the camp site to have the car, and radio, and other kit, close to hand. Would this be frowned upon? What are the chances of getting tucked away yet still getting access and not getting anyones backs up.....?

Ted/PF - any views? Do you have a site map at all?

Cheers, Tony (booking up on friday!)

Hi Tone. Car Pass is for access to camp site and exhibition area so bringing it in to park up next to your tent is no problem.

Confused here. I thought the car pass was for parking in the enclosure / exhibition area and that a weekend (ie. camping) ticket would allow you to park next to your tent?

Is this not the case?

I think the car pass is basically to let you bring your car into the field and thats that.

If you haven't got a car pass then it's parking in the local NCP and walking to the raceway!!

Please see the FAQ at www.pistonfest.com/tickets.htm

Car pass gets your car into PistonFest (exhibition area and/or camping) rather than leaving it in the car park outside.

Better get myself a car pass then, don’t fancy lugging all the stuff over to the tent
