Cheap, simple HR monitor

Wifey wants a very simple hr monitor for jogging. She uses run keeper so has no need for the fancy gps stuff.

Any suggestions under £40 ish?

Why does she want one? To aid with fat loss? Then it helps to get one that at the very least shows % of maximum heart rate. Having said that, and speaking personally, I find running takes you slightly above the optimum zone for fat loss.
