Low idle after flat battery

100amp fuse blew a couple of days ago and the battery ran down to the point of almost cutting out. All fixed on side of the road and I was on my way. Didn't notice anything odd but it was still warm at the time. Just started up from cold and my idle speed is now very low ~700rpm where it used to be more like 900. Any ideas why and what I need to do about it.

Use the diagnostics software to re-set the adaptive maps, throtle position and fault codes maybe?

Worked it out in the end from the sagaris pages manual. Resetting the diagnostics and throttle did the trick. Didnt have to do the adaptives.
