Frigging error messages! AAAARGHHH!!!

Has anything EVER been done about these on the mobile site?

It's a fking joke. It can take about 20 tries to get into a topic sometimes.

I complained about this months ago - Has anyone bothered?

I keep getting 'closed for maintenance', if I can get that far.

The update is slow, problematic and if I were in ph towers I'd be mighty embarrassed.

Clearly there has been little not no testing until release (if Garlic or any staff suggest there has been I'm sorry but it's simply not true)

Why upgrade if you are unsure if it works?

One of the servers must be out of sync or having issues with the random "Closed for maintenance" messages.

Depends on how it was tested and who did it.....

Seriously though.... QA & testing of web apps and it solutions is what we do for a living so if any of the staff want to PM me for this or any future releases I'm sure we could help to ensure that the expected improvements in the customer journey has actually been delivered before you flick the switch...

That's the classic good old mobile one that we know and love. As above I keep getting the Closed for Maintenance on my phone. Unless PH are randomly shutting the site down 25% of the time I try and access it, something's wrong.

Also, the 'Closed for Maintenance' ones, whilst annoying, have only started tonight. The ones I'm talking about have been going on for months, consistently.

The system is being upgraded. Luckily the upgrades are being done by the McLaren's IT people who developed the software for the MP4-12C. Everything will be OK.
